Booking & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

This policy is provided as an easy-to-read summary of the relevant provisions of the SpeakJP Terms of Service. The Terms of Service remain the governing document.

Group Sessions

Group session memberships are non-refundable.
Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.

1-on-1 Sessions

If you would like to reschedule your session, please contact us at speakjapanese01@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Each one-on-one session may be rescheduled only once.
For session-related inquiries, including rescheduling requests, please contact us at speakjapanese01@gmail.com. Requests sent through Discord direct messages, Discord channels, or social media direct messages are generally not supported.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will generally not be accepted. However, exceptions may be made at the organizer's discretion.
Missed sessions and no-shows are considered completed and are non-refundable.

General

This policy may be updated at any time.
The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding scheduling, exceptions, and the interpretation of this policy.
By purchasing a session or membership, you agree to this policy.
