Booking & Cancellation Policy (Summary)

This policy is provided as an easy-to-read summary of the relevant provisions of the SpeakJP Terms of Service. The Terms of Service remain the governing document.

Group Sessions

Group session memberships are non-refundable.
Group sessions cannot be rescheduled.
The introductory price for the first 10 members is locked in until cancellation. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price available at the time of your new subscription will apply.

1-on-1 Sessions

Rescheduling requests are accepted by email only. If you would like to reschedule your session, please contact speakjapanese01@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Each one-on-one session may be rescheduled only once.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will generally not be accepted. However, exceptions may be made at the organizer's discretion.
If you have not joined the session by 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without notifying us, you will be considered a no-show. If you notify us of a delay, the organizer will determine how to handle the situation. Notification does not guarantee an extension or rescheduling of the session.
Missed sessions and no-shows are considered completed and are non-refundable.
Session packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions will expire after this period.

Organizer Cancellation

If a session is canceled by the organizer, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or an appropriate alternative.

Community

Community access included with any purchase remains available as long as the community service is provided.

Technical Issues

We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by internet connection problems, third-party platforms, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

General

This policy may be updated at any time.
Service contents and features may be updated or changed without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding scheduling, exceptions, and the interpretation of this policy.
By purchasing any SpeakJP service, you agree to this policy.
